Sir Peter Winfield 《ピーター・ウィンフィールド Pītā Winfīrudo》 is a minor character in the Hellsing anime by Gonzo.
Only appearing in one episode, Winfield is said to a be a certain member of a Noble House based in England. In the ending credits, his name is revealed to be "Peter Winfield", though he was not referred to as such in the show.
He's voiced by Jin Horikawa in the original Japanese version, and Arthur Russell in the English dub of the anime.

While he seemingly looks 40 or 50 year old judging by his appearance, he was a pale man with a grey, short; bushy hair and had pink eyes. He was also quite skinny, but his clothing makes him look bigger than he actually looks.
Attire[]
Winfield wore a formal attire that includes a white, long-sleeved shirt with an emerald tie. A grey vest that's covered by a beige suit with a matching beige dress pants, finished up with a pair of brown business shoes and a pair of marmalade gloves. He also wear a rectangular-framed glasses that appears to have golden rims.
Plot[]
Having been participated on a party and after it was done, or he left; either way, he left bringing a female model with him back to his mansion. After arriving to his mansion, the woman drops her coat and Winfield began to compliment her. And then, without any hesitation, he begins to move closer to her and eventually grabs her and rubs her; shortly before hearing a noise coming from the sofa near them both.
Asking who is inside his mansion, the intruder, quietly sitting on the sofa replies with "The Royal Order of Religious Knights", to which, confuses Winfield; and then, he sees the man in red pulling out a long-barreled pistol out, which terrified Winfield; whom thought that he would get shot for something he did after seeing the intruder point the gun at him. However, the man instead tell him to get out of the way, unless he wants to become a "shit-like ghoul", and without hesitation, he tries to run away.
Seeing Winfield out of his range, he pulls the trigger and shot the woman; which made Winfield trips as he watches the model he brang to his manor, begins to turn into dust; and soon enough, he realized that he brang a vampire to his house. However, as he tries to search for the man who saved his life; he disappears and his mansion was soon crowded by police officers.
