Playing Cards《トランプを, Toranpu o》 are supernatural weapons utilized by the vampire and Millennium member, Tubalcain Alhambra. It is an incredibly powerful and lethal weapon that could slice through things quite so easily. Being made out of a special substance, wounds inflicted by these are not able to be fully regenerated, even by Alucard himself.

They demonstrate magic capabilities, as they are able to change trajectory, appear out of thin air, explode, and even create illusions. Alhambra appears to control the cards via telekinesis, such as when he made them levitate and circle around Alucard.
They are shown to be incredibly lethal, as they can slice through anything from flesh, to steel and concrete. Their lethality are shown when Alucard couldn't stop regenerating from his wounds given to Alhambra by the playing cards, in which he stated that there's more to it than it meets the eye.
Usage[]
The Playing Cards were used by Alhambra as his main and only weapon, and was only shown to be used in a full-scaled battle once; that is, against Alucard. The cards would later appear as Alhambra's shrine in Volume 10.
Trivia[]
- No official names were given to Alhambra's cards. The guidebook simply refers to them as "トランプを," which translates to "Playing Cards" in Alhambra's character profile, and in Chapter 18 of Hellsing, Alucard referred to them as only "cards."
