Bishop Maxwell 《マックスウェル, Makkusūweru》 is one of the two major characters in the Crossfire short story written and illustrated by Kohta Hirano. He's the head of Section XIII, also known prominently as Iscariot and an acquaintance of Anderson.
Enrico Maxwell's Voice Actor in the Hellsing: Ultimate series returned to voice the character in the Drama CD version of Crossfire.
