Officer Dextely Alphensys[2] is a supporting character in the Hellsing series created by Kohta Hirano. His voice actors in both the original Japanese and Dub went uncredited.
Being the role of an informant of the Hellsing Agency, he offers Integra reports from the attachés of the Hellsing Agency.
Alphensys is a man of average build and appears to be in his 30s. He has combed dark grey hair and cyan pupils. As Hellsing's informant, he dresses up in a fashion similar to Walter's, with a white long-sleeved shirt and dark red tie under a black vest, and a pair of white gloves. He wears a pair of grey trousers and black business shoes. He also wears a square-framed glasses.
History[]
He appears in chapter 4 of Hellsing, there to report to Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, the head of the Hellsing Agency that they have a report from the Vatican Attaché. Apparently, one of the sections specifically reports that Section XIII, Iscariot. is on the move to Badrick, where Alucard and Seras Victoria are there on a mission. When asked about how many agents the Vatican had sent, he responded with "they've dispatched one person" loudly and followed up with "Alexander Anderson", which shocked Integra. Thinking about what might happen had Anderson met each other with the two vampires, hastily; Integra orders Alphensys to get her sword, a gun and two guards. Eventually, they're on the move.
